"Have your cake and eat it too"

We hear the words "I'm not really a wedding cake person" these days a lot. Over the past couple of years the trend to ditch the cake and substitute for a dessert or even pie bar has become very popular. Even though the s'more, donut and petite dessert bars are precious and SUPER YUMMY, we are slowly watching cakes make their way back to the wedding scene. Keep in mind it is VERY important to always request a tasting so you can be sure that guest not only enjoy looking at your beautiful cake, but they enjoy eating a piece as well.
